This policy explains what personal information is collected on florma.co.il (the “site”), how we use it, who it is shared with, and what rights you have. The site is operated by Florma Ltd (“the company”, “we”), and we act in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, including Amendment 13. Using the site means you accept this policy.

The contact form on the site collects:

You are under no legal obligation to provide any of it, but without a name, an email address and a message we cannot reply. Please do not include sensitive information that isn’t needed to answer your enquiry.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we also keep a record of that correspondence.

2.2 Technical information collected automatically

Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) records operational request data — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request — in order to serve the site, secure it and diagnose faults. We do not use that data for profiling or advertising.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, get back to you and provide the information you asked for.
To manage our ongoing business relationships with customers, suppliers and prospects.
To operate and secure the site, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
To meet legal obligations and to protect the company’s rights, including in legal proceedings.

4. Legal basis

Depending on the case, processing rests on your consent (submitting the form on your own initiative), on the need to answer your enquiry and maintain a business relationship, on the company’s legitimate interest (security and proper operation of the site), and on legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it on for anyone else’s marketing. Information is shared only as far as necessary, with:

Infrastructure and service providers that run the site and our mail: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (delivering form submissions to our mailbox).
Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) where there is a legitimate need.
Competent authorities, where required by law, court order or a lawful demand.
In a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition or transfer of activity), subject to confidentiality and privacy undertakings.

6. Transfers outside Israel

The providers above operate servers outside Israel, so information may be stored or processed abroad. In those cases we engage providers committed to an adequate level of protection and to accepted security standards, as required by law.

7. Cookies

The site sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The full picture — including operational cookies our security provider may set — is in our cookie policy.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form enquiries reach our mailbox over an encrypted channel. We apply accepted organisational and technical measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, leakage or alteration. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our business mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship, and in line with record-keeping duties and limitation periods under law. After that the information is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time (section 10).

10. Your rights

Under applicable law you may:

Review the information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Ask us to delete it or stop using it, subject to legal exceptions and retention duties.
Object to a particular use, including for marketing.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

11. Marketing

We do not send marketing mail on the basis of a form enquiry. If you choose to sign up for updates in future, we will use your details for that alone, and every message will carry an immediate unsubscribe option, in line with the Israeli Communications Law provisions on commercial messages.

12. External links and services

The site links to manufacturers, partners and to WhatsApp. Once you leave for another site or service, that party’s privacy policy applies rather than ours, and we are not responsible for it.

13. Children’s privacy

This is a business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about children. If you believe such information has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
